Psychologist — Psychotherapist
Katerina Sermpezi, MSc
I believe therapy is not about correcting the person, but about a deeper understanding of their story.
In my work I combine elements from Integrative Psychotherapy, psychodynamic thinking, Gestalt, and body-focused work, seeking each time the way that best responds to the needs of the person before me.
The therapeutic relationship is, for me, the most important instrument of the process. Through it, the space is created where one can observe, understand, and gradually move toward a more authentic relationship with oneself and with the world beyond one's limits.
