Services & areas of intervention

Every difficulty tells a story. Therapy offers the space to hear it, understand it, and — where needed — transform it.

Individual psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy is a collaborative process organised around each person’s request, history, and needs. It may concern anxiety, relationships, loss, traumatic experiences, transitions, or difficulties that are not always easy to name in a single word. The approach is integrative and takes thought, emotion, relationship, and bodily experience into account.

Couples therapy

Restoring communication, navigating conflict, and cultivating deeper emotional connection. A safe space for dialogue, where difficulties in the relationship can become an opening for understanding and reconnection.

Group psychotherapy

A safe social microcosm for working with relational patterns and a sense of belonging. Through group dynamics, new possibilities for understanding, connection, and personal growth emerge.

Workshops & seminars

Experiential gatherings focused on personal growth, self-care, and psychoeducation. A meeting space outside the individual session, with emphasis on lived experience, dialogue, and understanding.

Focus

Areas of intervention

An indicative overview of the difficulties we commonly address in therapy, always with respect for each person’s uniqueness.

  1. I. Depression
When mood, energy, and meaning diminish, we work safely with the way you experience yourself and the world. The aim is the gradual restoration of vitality and connection with life.
  2. II. Anxiety, stress, panic attacks & phobias
Anxiety can affect daily life, the body, and our relationships. Through the therapeutic process we explore the sources of tension and develop ways to understand and manage it.
  3. III. Interpersonal relationships
Relationships are a central part of life, yet they often become a source of difficulty as well. Therapy offers space to understand repeating patterns and to develop more meaningful ways of connecting.
  4. IV. Grief & loss
The loss of a person, a relationship, or a significant part of life can bring deep upheaval. Therapy supports the processing of grief with respect for each person's own time and way.
  5. V. Trauma & difficult experiences
Some experiences leave imprints that continue to affect the present. Within a safe framework we work gradually toward understanding and processing these experiences.
  6. VI. Self-esteem & self-image
The image we hold of ourselves deeply affects our choices and relationships. We explore inner beliefs and strengthen a more stable, supportive relationship with the self.
  7. VII. Sexuality & intimacy
Matters concerning sexuality, intimacy, and personal expression can be explored with safety, acceptance, and visibility.
  8. VIII. Psychosomatic expressions
The body often expresses what struggles to find words. Through a holistic approach we explore the relationship between body and psyche, seeking the meaning behind symptoms.
  9. IX. Disability, chronic illness & adaptation
The challenges that accompany disabled people often affect many aspects of life. Psychological support is provided with emphasis on dignity, acceptance, and autonomy.

Methodology

Therapeutic methodology

My approach is grounded in Integrative Psychotherapy and draws on psychodynamic thinking, Gestalt, cognitive-behavioural therapy, body-centred work, and contemporary neuroscience. Each therapeutic process is shaped uniquely — no predetermined model is applied; instead, we seek the way of working that responds to each person's needs, history, and pace.
